DELIVERY DETAILS
NOTE: Based on our understanding of the current rule regarding sole proprietors being allowed to complete work in isolation during COVID-19-related work restrictions, we are taking orders again. Be aware that this may change if further restrictions are placed on us.
We’ll deliver and stake this sculpture in your recipient’s yard, or can zip tie posts to ground level railings. (Need another option, or are you further than 30 minutes from 510 State Street? Give us a call before ordering, (585) 359-8695)
Deliveries may be delayed by high winds or inclement weather, we cannot guarantee how long balloons will survive outdoors. Wind, sun and temperature changes will affect their longevity.

Our Yard Sticker Collection was designed in the interest of sharing the joy of a balloon delivery with a reduced risk of Covid-19 contamination for both you and our staff.
- Sculptures are filled with air from balloon pumps, not by mouth.
- Sculptures are placed into the yard/attached to outdoor railings of the recipient's home.
- If you would like to move the sculpture, we recommend wiping down the post the balloons are attached to with appropriate cleaning solution/wipes.
- There is currently no data on how long the virus survives on latex (which is not plastic), or painted surfaces. Existing data is available here. Out of an abundance of caution we recommend not handling the sculpture itself.
- Balloon kits were packaged long prior to Covid-19. The cover of the kit is plastic. While our delivery drivers will use hand sanitizer/proper handwashing procedures out of an abundance of caution we recommend wiping down the surface of the packaging.
If we become concerned about the health of any of our staff members, Airigami will suspend deliveries and new orders until (following most current guidelines) we believe it is safe to do so. Deliveries will also be temporarily suspended if any travel or community quarantine is enacted.
